The Golden Visa programme allows the national foreign citizens who intend to invest in Portugal – through capital transfers, job creation or purchase of real estate – to request a residence permit in Portugal (RP).
This permit, which also grants the privileged access to Europe and the inherent freedom of movement in the Schengen Space, may be extendable, according to an analysis of the situation and correspondent family household.
MBGA provides all services necessary to obtain a Golden Visa, namely:
o Consultancy services on investment;
o Tax planning;
o Opening of a bank account and tax representation;
o Representation of the customer;
o Documental due diligence regarding the investment (acquisition of a property, job creation, capital transfer);
o Preparation and presentation of the procedure before the emigration services;
o Monitorization, for a period of 5 years, of the investment and family members.
