MBGA provides, to its Customers, all types of monitorization and consultancy services in the labour law area, representing its customers in labour procedures in all procedural stages, regardless of the quality in which they intervene: employer or employee.
- The services provided within the scope of labour law include, among others:
- Restructures, employers and employees’ representative structures, also covering the layoffs and litigation;
- Definition and regulation of benefits for the employees;
- Consultancy services on restructures, merges and acquisitions, as well as other commercial transactions with an impact on labour;
- Preparation and review of employment contracts, as well as the preparation and review of all labour documentation, such as internal regulations, activity’s limitation clauses, daily monitorization of the human resources management’s internal structures;
- Labour litigation.
