MBGA provides, to its Customers, all types of monitorization and consultancy services in the criminal and misdemeanour law area, representing its customers in legal procedures in all procedural stages, regardless of the quality in which they intervene: assistants, defendants or plaintiff.
The economic and tax criminality areas are increasingly preponderant in the MBGA’s activity.
The services provided within the scope of criminal and misdemeanour law include, among others:
o Monitorization of the judicial inquiry: presence in all diligences before the criminal police authorities and the criminal courts;
o Planning of the defence strategy in criminal procedures;
o Preparation of criminal complaints;
o Challenge of searches and seizure of assets;
o Review of guilty verdicts;
o Appeals for the Supreme Court of Justice, Constitutional Court and European Court of Human Rights;
o Preparation of indemnity requests.
