Corporate Law is a reference area of the company, namely within the scope of corporate governance, business incorporation, reorganization and restructuring, consultancy in merges, demerges, transformations and acquisitions, preparation and negotiation of licensing agreements and dissolution and liquidation of companies.
MBGA provides permanent, integrated and multidisciplinary consultancy services, from the incorporation, reorganization and restructuring of companies to the representation in general meetings, including the preparation of tenders, minutes and other documents regarding general meetings, as well as the coordination of all subsequent legal obligations and the monitorization, preparation and drafting of documentation for the meetings of other governing bodies.
In the regular aid provided are also included capital restructuring, increase and reduction operations, as well as the assistance to procedures regarding the approval of accounts, distribution of dividends and reserves, selection and appointment of governing bodies and definition and approval of remuneration policies.
